FOUNDATIONS AND STRUCTURE
Reinforced concrete structure, in compliance with regulations. Quality control of structure approved by Technical Control.
FAÇADE
Finished with combination of single-layer cement and natural stone. Thermal-acoustic insulation of 6cm in compliance with regulations.
ROOF
Non-passable roof: Inverted cover with thermal insulation, waterproofing by 2 sheets of modified bitumen asphalt and finished in white gravel. Passable roof: Solution by inverted cover with thermal insulation, waterproofing by 2 sheets of asphalt modified bitumen and anti-slip ceramic tile of 1st quality.
MASONRY
Interior divisions in double hollow brick plastered according to project.
TILING & PAINTING
All house, including kitchen (except bathrooms) in plaster and plain plastic paint on vertical and horizontal walls. In bathrooms, combinations of top quality porcelain.
FLOORS
Throughout the property top quality porcelain. On terraces top quality porcelain with anti-slip treatment.
FALSE CEILING

WOOD JOINERY
Reinforced entry door to home. Plain interior doors in white lacquered DM, with 7 cm solid joint sealers in the same color, round edges without miter and magnetic closure. Matching wardrobe doors, floor to ceiling doors, upper shelf and hanging bar.
EXTERNAL JOINERY AND BLINDS PVC windows. Sliding and / or folding system according to dimensions and rooms. The blinds in all rooms with be aluminum slats in the same color as the joinery, with thermo-acoustic insulation, housed in a compact PVC box.
